"Years ago Ryan Flaig was the agent my parents and I used for auto insurance. After an accident I chose to drop my coverage. Immediately Ryan reached out to my mother and informed her that he be dropping her coverage if she ever let me drive her car. I can only imagine how many people he has treated like this. I broke no rules/laws in my actions, it seems Ryan Flaig simply has it out for me and was willing to take it out on my family. I just thought people should know how he does business."

However, Eric, this occurred over 20 years ago. There were obviously more details involved than you cite here. The decision to exclude drivers from coverage is not a decision that we make in my office. Decisions of that nature are made at the Corporate level and I am sure that we offered other options before arriving at that decision. "I've been with State Farm for 18 years, 10 of them with Ryan Flaig's office. They handle all of my insurance needs even though I moved across the state from Eau Claire over 4 years ago, and continue to know me by first name every time I call for anything. Their service is outstanding, and I look forward to my Christmas gift from them every year... I LOVE never having to worry about address labels when it's time to send out my Christmas cards! I would recommend State Farm and this office to anybody!"
